Overview

Our PMIC is specially designed and developed for LPDDR4X/5X power supply, integrating one 28V withstand voltage Buck with 14A peak output current, one low-voltage Buck with 3A sustained output current, one load switch, and three rail up/down timings to meet JEDEC standards. The PMIC comes with rich protection mechanisms and occupies a very small board area.
